Cai Chengtao, professor, doctoral supervisor, supported by the national talent program, visiting scholar of Houston University and National Research Institute of Canada, president of Computer Science and Technology College of Harbin Engineering University, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and executive vice president of National College of Security, president of Software College, director of National Engineering Laboratory of E-government Modeling and Simulation, director of Heilongjiang Provincial ' Key Laboratory of Environmental Intelligence Perception ', deputy director of ' Key Laboratory of Intelligent Technology and Application of Ship and Sea Equipment ' of Ministry of Education, winner of Heilongjiang Provincial Youth Science and Technology Award, and vice president of Heilongjiang Provincial Security Association. He has been engaged in the basic theory and application research work in the field of visual intelligent analysis in complex marine environment, nonlinear high-speed moving target detection and recognition, and intelligent perception of unmanned platform environment for a long time. So far, he has presided over more than 50 research topics such as national and provincial natural science funds and basic scientific research. The research results have won three first-class awards for scientific and technological progress at the provincial and ministerial levels, one second-class award for scientific and technological progress in marine engineering, and three second-class awards for scientific and technological progress in Heilongjiang Province.Three academic monographs, one translation, and two national planning textbooks have been published. More than 80 academic papers have been published in high-level journals at home and abroad, and more than 30 invention patents have been authorized.
