夏恒，博士，清华大学，博士后。主要从事城市固废焚烧过程二噁英环保指标的建模预测与智能控制理论方法和关键技术的研究，参与科技创新2030—“新一代人工智能”重大项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等多个科研任务。近年来，在人工智能及相关领域国际期刊和会议上发表学术论文24余篇，其中包含IEEE Trans. Fuzzy Syst.、IEEE Trans. Neural Netw. Learn. Syst.、IEEE Trans. Ind. Inform.、IEEE Trans. Ind. Electron.、自动化学报等人工智能领域国际重要期刊，1篇ESI高被引论文。授权国家发明专利4项，登记软件著作权3项，待出版英文专著1部。

Xia Heng, Ph.D., Tsinghua University, Postdoctoral Researcher. Dr. Xia's primary research focuses on the modeling, prediction, and intelligent control of dioxin environmental indicators in urban solid waste incineration processes. He has participated in several key research projects, including the "New Generation of Artificial Intelligence" major project under the Science and Technology Innovation 2030 initiative and various National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects. In recent years, Dr. Xia has published over 24 academic papers in international journals and conferences related to artificial intelligence, including prominent journals such as IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, and Acta Automatica Sinica. His work includes one highly cited ESI paper. Additionally, Dr. Xia holds four authorized national invention patents, three registered software copyrights, and has one forthcoming English monograph.
